Kartell S.p.A., Labware division, in light of the recent events and the repetitive improper conducts carried out by certain professionals, does invite anyone not to use illegally or in a misleading ways images, identification codes or technical qualifications relating to the products in Kartell's Price List, including but not limited to, through the non authorized combination of the trademark Kartell, in such a way exploiting the relevant goodwill to gain an unfair advantage at the expenses of Kartell’s significant investments and commercial efforts. Kartell S.p.A. reserves all of its rights and any available remedies it may have towards those who were deemed to be responsible for such misconduct.
